The most important thing to remember is that you the end-user should use the tools appropriately. Do good - not evil, and always remember that while Neurelect is your AI campaign analyst, you as leaders in your communities, offices and political services industry must make final decisions, judgments and deliver campaign execution. Neurelect is a tool to aid you in your campaign and should not be a replacement for your own good judgment or strategy. Think of Neurelect as your thought-partner as you lay out the strategies your organization needs to be successful and deliver for your constituencies.
Neurelect provides state-of-the-art predictive modeling designed to identify the highest-probability paths to victory. However, the User acknowledges that political environments are dynamic. Our insights are based on advanced data science, but final electoral outcomes are influenced by real-world variables beyond the scope of any data set. Neurelect is your strategic co-pilot, but the Campaign remains the pilot in command.
High-Fidelity Data & Real-Time Snapshots
Neurelect utilizes the most current voter files and digital polling methodologies available. Because public records and voter sentiments are living data, they are subject to fluctuations. Our platform is designed to give you a snapshot of the electorate; the User understands that the ground truth of a campaign evolves daily and the results are never guaranteed. Neurelect is another tool in the tool-set that campaigns have at their disposal.
Professional-Grade Tools for Professional Users
Neurelect is built for serious political operations. As with any high-performance intelligence platform:
- Operational Discretion: AI-generated insights are designed to augment - not replace - the professional judgment of seasoned campaign staff, public officials or consultants.
- Tactical Execution: Neurelect provides a roadmap; the Campaign is responsible for the quality of the candidate's performance, messaging, and boots on the ground execution. Also, the outputs from Neurelect are affected by the quality of inputs from the user.
Regulatory & Ethical Compliance
Neurelect provides industry best targeting and outreach tools. To maintain the integrity of our platform and the Campaign's reputation, the User agrees to utilize all exported data (phone lists, emails, etc.) in strict accordance with federal and state regulations (TCPA, CAN-SPAM). Neurelect provides the infrastructure for victory; the User provides the compliance oversight.
Limitation of Liability
To ensure Neurelect can continue providing excellent intelligence at scale, the User agrees that Neurelect's liability is limited to the service provided. In the high-stakes arena of Florida politics, the User accepts that while Neurelect will increase the probability of success, it does not bear financial or legal responsibility for the ultimate electoral result, reputational damage or other losses.
